Lemon Balm and Ginger Tea

Refreshing served either hot or cold. Lemon balm is also great mixed with spearmint too for a great iced tea.

Ingredients

  • handful of lemon balm leaves
  • an inch of peeled ginger, chopped
  • warm water
  • fresh organic lemon juice
  • raw honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Turn off heat.
  3. Add lemon balm and ginger and allow to steep for 10-20 minutes.
  4. Pour into cup.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice into cup.
  6. Add honey (optional).
  7. Relax and enjoy.
